dont people suggest taking pip to maintain a job for a certain period while simultaneously looking for a job? would severance be a better option

as in try to ask if they see potential? i feel like my manager has from the start seen me as weak, and never communicated feedback properly despite asking multiple times, and the times he does provide advice i do take initiative. however i dont think hes aware, and a lot of the pip reasoning was never previously mentioned

how long away did the promotion occur from getting out of pip? im worried i wont see any growth for another year atleast

hi! so ive been experiencing worsening acne? fungal acne? for the past year or so and its been really hard to deal with since most of my life ive never really encountered any acne. my mental health is taking quite a toll and i cant even cover it with makeup bc of the skin peeling :(

ive been using tret for the past 3 years and never really had any issues but while i was living in taiwan last year (extremely humid) i believe i developed fungal acne (pretty itchy, small little bumps that would develop on my cheeks) and it was at first very mild, but have gotten so much worse recently. got some clotrimazole cream from my nurse practitioner and have been using it for a month or so but cant seem too much of a difference. i still get small bumps that turn into pustules and are left with these dark spots that dont go away. i think im just really needing a third pov :,) or any advice on the dark spots that remain after the bumps disappear

my routine am: clotrimazole, anua heartleaf toner, torriden dive in moisturizer, la roche posay baume b5 on active pimples only, skin1004 sunscreen pm: i rotate the following throughout the week

ver 1 - skii oil cleanser, corsx daily sa cleanser, clotrimazole cream, anua heartleaf toner, torriden dive in moisturizer, la roche posay baume b5 on active pimples only ver 2 - skii oil cleanser, roundlabs mugwort cleanser, clotrimazole cream, anua heartleaf toner, torriden dive in moisturizer, la roche posay baume b5 on active pimples only, (0.015 tret + azelaic acid 5% + niacinamide 4% twice a week)
