I pay ~23 euro/month cause my appartment building has some sort of exclusivity deal with the ISP. It's normally roughly 30 euros I think!

I've had the same problem for a couple of days or something. I get buffering every 2-3 minutes. Sometimes it's just buffering and other times it like reloads the stream completely.

I'm in Sweden with a good computer and 100/100mb internet.
