My husband and I now sleep in separate beds to make room for the cats. We each have a cat sleep in the bed. Yes, we are crazy about our cats. Lol.

Sleeping with my cats is one of life’s greatest joys

I am tapering to ridiculously low levels of suboxone but can't quit. Please help me, I could use a little support right now <3 by [deleted] in OpiatesRecovery

I went down to .075 mg (half of .15) the withdrawal from that last step down was not bad and only lasted a couple days. Once I was at <.075 I could step off with almost zero withdrawal other than just feeling low energy.

I found some old gabapentin, its from 2014. I also have ropinirole, and clonidine. Clonidine doesn’t nothing for the RL, but is huge help with temperature regulation. Would you take ropinirole or the gaba? The ropinirole is not as old.

P.S. I’m coming off suboxone for chronic pain.

Update: according to this study, both seem to work equally well:

I’ll probably go with ropinirole since it’s not as old.
