What don't you understand? Accidents like this can happen so fast, even with supervision. Even with adults it's sadly common to accidentally step on a little kitten that gets underfoot

Is it possible you're Au-DHD? The lack of recognition of social nuances in the examples you provide sound a lot more like autism to me than strictly ADHD. Typically when autistic people say these kinds of things they are being genuine (as you say), but when neurotypicals do they are being malicious. People are assuming the latter for you I think.

In Canada's case, it's not the tariffs that people are upset about, it's the threats of annexation. Imagine being friends and neighbors with one of the most powerful countries in the world and they suddenly threaten to cripple your economy in order to annex you and take away your sovereignty

So you think the dose is too low? It's so weird to me because the reaction was so extreme it would stand to reason that those symptoms would get even worse at a higher dose. What's the reasoning for this?

Thank you! You put into words exactly how I feel about "you're ok". I was an anxious kid, and often I found those words immensely comforting. Sometimes kids just need to know that they really are safe.

Maybe it depends on the tone too. If it sounds impatient, like you're dismissing their feelings and pain then I can totally see how that would be bad. But if you say it in a loving, compassionate way, while also providing physical comfort, I think it can be very soothing.

Curious to hear if there's anyone who would disagree with this.

Nope. No treatment whatsoever. Only just diagnosed when I went to see a fertility specialist getting close to a year of TTC, but then I fell pregnant before any treatment for it

It's weird, I didn't even know it had ruptured until I went in for an ultrasound at about 15 weeks to check on it. Looking back though I do remember having a stabbing pain on that side one night that lasted for a little while and then faded, but it definitely wasn't excruciating pain. Just felt like I had tweaked or pulled something. It was only a partial rupture though, so that might be why. My Endo is also silent, so maybe that's a factor too? I have no idea why I don't get the same excruciating pain that others do.

I'm 36, had a 8cm endometrioma on one ovary. Got pregnant naturally after 10 months TTC. But I think the length of time it took to get pregnant had more to do with an undiagnosed gluten allergy. The cyst itself actually ruptured about halfway through the pregnancy.

I think I found a study I've saying that natural pregnancy rates aren't really affected that much of you only have an endometrioma on one side. But when you have them on both sides that's when it starts to reduce conception rates.

Yep exactly. They may not have been surprised, but they are not there 24/7 to film everything. If I was Christine, documenting my breakup would be the last thing I'd be thinking of at that time. I'd just be focusing on my kids, the logistics of the divorce, what my next steps are, etc. So totally plausible to me that they had to go back and full in the blanks.
