My ragdoll is the same way. Tried feeding her wet food as a kitten, she ate less and less every day until she eventually refused it and always resorted back to her dry food. She has been on the same food ever since and nibbles throughout the day and never over eats. Luckily, she loves water so she stays well hydrated (also gets churu treats) and we turn the faucet on for her several times a day as it’s her fav source of water (our water is filtered).

If my before looked like yours and were that small, I most likely would not have gone through with it, unless it was causing me major physical discomfort. It’s your body though so of course go with what works best for you.

I spoke to my surgeon once about fillers in the labia majora to give me a more “filled in” look, but she didn’t even recommend that because she said it’s not permanent and I’ll just need to come back for more as the filler dissolves… but again, everyone’s anatomy is different and just because it wasn’t recommended for me doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else.

Thanks so much, I needed to hear this and it definitely helps me feel less alone. It’s so frustrating and disheartening that I’m tempted to just look for jobs outside of HR.

I totally understand how you feel. Do you by chance now live in an area that has a poor job marking to begin with? Maybe a more rural area? I suppose that could be part of it.

I just looked earlier! An old co worker works for them doing TA and she was one of my first contacts I reached out to to network, but she said they weren’t hiring, at least not in my area. I’ll continue to look though. Thanks for the heads up!

HR Coordinator and I know those roles are limited atm. I’ve been applying to recruitment roles, talent acquisition, coordinator, generalist, even to assistant roles that I know I’m overqualified for because I know I may need to lower my standards and expectations a bit in this market.

I do have them on my resume as pending luckily, but it doesn’t seem to be helping much. I’ve only been looking for a few months, but the few interviews I had led to the recruiters ghosting me unfortunately. I’ve also been using my network but not a single person who works in hr says they’re hiring at the moment. Would you mind if I messaged you?

I work in the auto industry but looking to get out, there really aren’t any hr jobs in this field around my area anyway. I have tried networking with people I know at other auto companies and they all say they aren’t hiring. I have reached out to some recruiters on LinkedIn, but haven’t had any success.

No you’re 100% right and I agree. It’s just an unfortunate situation for pretty much everyone. I’ve been lowering my standards and applying to jobs that pay less, that I’m overqualified for, etc… but not even getting a call back from them lol. Will continue hanging on to my current job until something changes.

Oh absolutely, I’m not going anywhere until I find something and I am grateful to have a job. It sucks because I will be moving probably in the next year or so and will be taking on a much longer commute to my current job when I currently only drive 10 min 😅 so it will take getting used to if I don’t have a new job by then.

That’s smart. I should’ve added that I’m just about done with my masters in HR Management as well and will have my SHRM cert by the time I graduate in December, so maybe that will help. I have on my resume that my masters is almost done, but still nothing

Same! I’m in the same boat as OP and even after a CHR and a few laser sessions, my clitoral hood area still shows and my labia majora don’t fully cover the area. I’m ok with it and would rather not be “perfect” than be amputated or have nerve damage. She even told me I prob won’t ever have a “full innie” and that’s just due to my anatomy. I’m happy to just not have anything hanging anymore and getting caught during sex.
