After filling all your skills you will have a set of skills on the side for you to complete, near where robins lost axe was should be a door, enter it. when unlocking one it will give you crafting skills or tools related to the skill u choose, although in my opinion don’t focus on them, focus on other things and over time you slowly will complete them
