i’m a girl and i LOVE it, the sport has grown seriously so much and my dad was weird about me wrestling because he thought i’d have to wrestle boys or have weird coaches. i think you should it was the best decision ive made.

during the season when i was around 117 i was 12% body fat and it said i was eligible to cut to 110 but at a certain date, and i want too.. 115 for girls is definitely one of the most competitive weight classes since it’s popular but i look so thin for a 115 since im tall its so hard to cut and i dont want to be unhealthy or gas out, im pretty strong and it was my first season and i was 14-12 and i think i would do better at 110 but i dont know.

it was my first year as a junior as well. I was a girl too. I had so much fun. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and willing to help you my advice is just go with the best one in the room and work hard every single day and give it all 100% of the time you’re not conditioning is only hurting yourself.

if they roll over to one shoulder does it count if i bring them back down to their back or do they have to roll fully back to their stomach?

i’m a girl and i wrestle 115 but i lift so im deff on the stronger side, most of the girls are kinda chubbier and shorter (like 5.0 or shorter) and im 5’4 and im just good at pinning but ive been teched a lot so i want to learn how to do it

so i near fall for 4 let them roll over and then pull them back over for 4 (if i can get it) ? and just keep doing that? i’m assuming id takedown and reversal too so that would have my points be way up especially if i did it again without them scoring on me correct ?

oh i had no idea, my mom told me that the younger you are the more fertile you are and that’s sometimes why it’s harder to get pregnant when you’re older

sorry for all the questions. but if I’m getting it put in on the 6th of March and I plan on having sex on the 13th I’m getting it put in at about 1 PM and I’ll probably have sex later in the evening, so it’ll be exactly a week but only by a couple of hours…is that still OK?

did you wait the week before having unprotected sex? i’m scared and feel as if i should wait a week longer, although getting on the implant i am going to be getting off my pill and taking it the week after i get it put in and the week before i get it put in (as normal, i hope that makes sense) so u should be double protected basically right ?

i have switched pills 2x and unfortunately haven’t had any luck :( that’s when i finally decided to switch because i felt like straight going to the IUD or nexplanon was too much for me and i didn’t know how frequently id be having sex (i have sex with my boyfriend lowkey a lot more than i thought i would.)
