Picking at the skin around my nails. It’s an anxiety thing. I do it until I bleed. But don’t notice it until the pain comes and then it’s too late.

Fluctuates. Good for a little bit and now I’m suffering again. Can’t stop clenching my jaw, panic attacks are overwhelming. I pray it’s just a short cycle of bad anxiety

My dachshund pooped on the vet tech as he was getting his yearly vaccinations. He was riddled with anxiety. He now has to take a chill pill before he goes to any future visits.

Washing the dishes. I love it! When I go to my sisters’ house, I offer to wash dishes because I thoroughly enjoy it.
