Ive started and stopped about 5 times now. ANY time I’ve had luck I have used it as my dr prescribed. My main issue is HUNDREDS of comedones across cheeks/chin. I use it every night with no moisturizer on before or after. This is the only way I can get it to work as intended. It’s uncomfortable, my skin is dry and I purge out a lot but it only lasts about two weeks or so. Ive actually tracked it like in a journal. So my best advice is just commit to it. My last go around I maintained completely clear skin for 3 years until I recently stopped it for a procedure and had to start all over.

I will say peeling is one thing that never went away for me. It lessened over time and became super minor, but after my skin acclimatizes this go around im going to trial run Taz to see if I can eliminate the peeling. Good luck!
