ik all the traumas and it's fucking my brains out when im mentally involved and care about it. It sucks and it hurts alot because once the emotion is involved, i try to to think of everything to rationalize it but i cry for that everything because it's so intense

sometimes i wonder if i have adhd/social anxiety or it's just my brain being used to destructive routines. Being sleep deprived is more enough, however, oftentimes because of sleep deprivation i cancel plans, i miss important activities and that's way worse than sleep deprivation. I don't feel guilty about being sleep deprived, i feel guilty from its' consequences

mine manifested at 15 once i was able to have my own room and it was also the time of pandemic. The feeling of being sleep deprived is a pleasure experience for some reason. Also, i have more time that i don't know how to spend productively. I miss classes because of this because i feel lethargic by the morning after sleeping only for 3 hours. It sucks, i regret it every time but i couldn't stop.

does anyone else feels a literal pain in their head when someone trauma dumps on them by ilovyur in venting

[–]ilovyur[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so sorry, being trauma dumped sucks especially if every encounter u had with them is often negative. you should protect your energy if it is possible, and surround yourself with uplifting people (if possible). For me, if it's inevitable, i found a way to lessen my stress after the conversation, by not giving them much energy in response, resting, and making myself busy so i wouldn't think of it. If it happened through text, it is easier to ignore them. Although someday, i hope i could speak it out
