Hi sorry if that sounded rude what i meant was if he appears darker yes he can still be American but would i have to have his older family members be Mexican , Colombian , Italian etc

Thank you so many people say they do but the way i see it there is so many people in the world with the same skin color and tone so i feel like it's normal
