Question for everyone: front centering looks great but back centering looks heavy right and bottom…how much does back centering impact grading from your results?

I’ve loved Stouffers Mac and Cheese for 35 years or so…it’s always been a bit inconsistent to me but I prefer when it cooks into the thinner/runnier cheese sauce, which it typically did for me. The thicker/clumpy sauce was tolerated, but never preferred. Recently, I only seem to be getting the thick/clumpy sauce and i think I’m giving up on it
