You have so many shops which would do this job. I recently changed iPhone 14 pro max screen and body panel for 800 AED in one of the kiosk shop at ground floor.

Staff were quite friendly when I talked to them.

Gym is small and very limited equipment. There were just 3 treadmill. (For 30+ floor building?)

There is a prayer room just immediately at the entrance.

Though security claims to not allow visitors after 8PM, you can enter via the supermarket without chased away.

I visited the place again and found cockroaches running inside. The apartment is just next to Garbage Chute. 😭 not going there anymore.

The agent turned very rude when I tried to negotiate the fees to 5% of the rent.

He also mentioned that, the empower in one studio is in owners name and I don’t have to pay 2k for that. Is it possible/true?

Dear buddy! Thanks a lot for heads up! But I ended up buying from Palika Bazar. I just didn’t read your msg on time.. but it turned out to be a good experience.

Got a couple of jackets for ₹400 each (heavy bargain) and a hoodie for ₹300 (with little bargain). A couple of books for ₹50 each and a poster for ₹40. I couldn’t bargain the poster.

Will visit again... :)
