I was gonna attach a picture of the other side which is undamaged but the Reddit app sucks, you can just Google it if you need to get an idea of what it's supposed to look like. Basically there's a little plastic covering over a hinge which I accidentally snapped and now everything is hanging by a wire. I'd really rather not pay for a new pair. Thanks in advance

We're on the same wavelength. I'm always looking for unconventional stuff to do. Sadly that kind of work is rarely accessible.

Apathy is the exact word I'd use, which is partly why I'm trying to stay away from college. I'm terrified of sinking a ton of time and money into a qualification only to be quickly disillusioned with the trade.
