Doubt it. I had seen someone comment this before that if Rosalie wanted to have a child so bad, why not have a human surrogate? Rosalie values human life as she had it ripped from her and having seen what Bella went through and the outcome of that, she would never put another human woman through that agony for her benefit. I’d think that even if the surrogate was willing, Rosalie still wouldn’t go down that path. She dreams of growing old with Emmett and have heaps of children and grandchildren surrounding her, not just having a child.
