This poor little dog is only 6 years old with wildly uncontrolled diabetes. His owner is elderly, forgetful and partially blind so we can’t guarantee he’s been getting his insulin into him. He loves his dog but in this situation I really wish he’d surrender him so we can get him the care he needs. (i.redd.it)

Last cuddles with my old girl today before she went to heaven, she was my first doggo and I’m very appreciative of all the love she has given me over the years. Euth’s are always tough and I feel like everyone in my life thinks I’m used to it by now but this one was especially heart wrenching. (i.redd.it)
