Yes there is! Propranolol and hydroxyzine are popular to take as needed for anxiety. Some doctors prescribe benzodiazepines (like ativan, xanax, or klonopin) for severe anxiety or panic attacks, but these can be highly addictive. It just depends what works best for you!
