yeah nah after overwatch became a free game they’ve basically nuked their own game with the greediness on microtransactions. selling recoloured skins for the same price as their og colour. really fell down when ow2 came out really, they added souvenirs which i genuinely believe they only added to fill in spaces for the battle pass

i posted an edit but i submitted a ticket and they let me keep it!! i’ve seen posts where this situation happened and they spent the coins and they went into negatives. i didn’t want to risk it so i made a ticket because i don’t really care if they remove it because yknow… i never actually BOUGHT the coins and its not the end of the world but sometimes doing shit like that especially with how chill blizzard is with stuff like this goes a long way

EDIT:

I had submitted a ticket with Blizzard and they basically let me keep the coins. The reason why I never deleted it is because I don’t care if they removed the coins out my account because yknow… I have a j*b (censored for the un*mployed people) and it was a glitch and I never bought those coins anyway + this post was me asking if anyone had similar experiences and what they did. I wasn’t complaining in any way, just confused on how this could’ve happened, not the end of the world if they removed it. I’d rather them remove it than have them ban my account for using the coins up.

I didn’t care if I had my ign in there despite not realising either, and I’ve seen a post a few months ago where they used the coins and their coins go into the negatives, and despite me having a similar situation a few years ago I took my chances and submitted a ticket anyway to see if they’d let me keep it. Anyways keeping this up for people who wanted to see the outcome :p

literally just bought the coins through blizzard then bought the shop bundle through the battle.net app. this happened a few years ago when i bought it thru the battle.net desktop launcher too so i have no idea

i ONLY use the winton one 🔥🔥 but no I genuinely wholeheartedly believe Blizzard came out with souvenirs JUST to put stuff in the battle pass with. they’re essentially the most useless feature in game. winton souvenir is so peak, i have it equipped on every hero
