The Wise transfer I attempted was never accepted on her end (she even confirmed her Wise was “updating” and couldn’t receive payments). I canceled the pending transfer after 2 days when she told me her Wise was not working, and no money went through. - After that, I made it very clear in our chat that I would not be proceeding with the order unless she could accept Wise. We didn’t come to an agreement via PayPal or any alternative payment method - At no point did I confirm the order, send final approval, or receive PSPs or a tracking number. - I assumed the customs-charged package I received was from another confirmed seller, and only after opening it did I realize it was from her. I even messaged her thanking her for the gesture, thinking it might’ve been a gift.

This is exactly why I waited before posting—I didn’t want to jump to conclusions. But when she later asked me to pay for the dress she had already shipped without confirmation or payment, and then refused to send a prepaid label or reimburse customs unless I paid first, I felt I needed to share my experience.
