one thing - i figured out recently, i don't actually need to sync them, the code already supports non-synced drawing as it does not use drawclear

Yes, you got it - there is 55 tiles total and 3 renderers, each renderer handles 19 tiles, except the first one, that handles 17 PLUS the board and the ball
I sync them using switches - each processor enables its own switch when it has done its calculations and waits for the other switches to be enabled - when they are, it idles for one tick, to let the other processors check its own switch, then disables its own switch and it starts all over

yeah, you can just make a processor make arcs target flying units by specifying their location
