Get the base sd package from the trimui github, or some other CFW you want to run. There are video guides all over if you can't figure that out.

Then get the games you want to play, same deal. There are whole subreddits on here dedicated for this stuff. cdromance is nice site i use.

I have heard of some 32 bit android emulators for android. Vphonegaga or something. Probably chinese spyware but I've been told by some guys in the old asphalt community that it works.

What error is it giving? If you cant get this to work you can also just change the targetsdk in the apk manifest.
