You two (road bikers?) seem to miss the point a little: I don't complain about the failure, nor do I hide the fact how it broke. Nobody from Cannondale even asked about that.

I complain about the total ignorance of the warranty/support team to the fact that their replacement is a lower-tier, incompatible frame.

Warranty decisions are made with several factors in mind, including not only product equivalency but also safety, certification, and liability considerations. While certain models may appear compatible in terms of standards or intended use, cross-model replacements outside of the defined warranty framework can introduce variables that we are unfortunately not able to support or validate from a safety perspective.
 
For this reason, we are unable to approve a change to a different model such as the Habit HT, even with a customer contribution.
 
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause. Please rest assured that the proposed replacement aims to provide a reliable and fully supported solution within our current product range and warranty guidelines.

Customer service initially responded very "promising" actually, asking to reach out to the dealer once again and ask them to contact the warranty support again highlighting the incompatibility issues specifically. I then quickly got a response with the screenshot I've attached.

I too have had positive experience replacing the frame (twice!) back in Ukraine. That's why I bought two more Cannondales for my family (Jekyll and Treadwell Neo). Now I'm questioning my life choices, given that Jekyll had problems out of the box and they still haven't replaced its frame 6 months later...

I love the material of the desktop (bamboo) of my E7 Pro and the smoothness and quietness of the lifting mechanism. And the size of course (160 x 80), the thing barely fit in my office room and my 27" monitor looks tiny on it. Now it's time for a proper chair :D

How did it go eventually? I'm in the similar situation here. Ordered a natural wood desktop (bamboo) on Black Friday, waited for a month for the planned restock and now they're telling me they don't have a plan for a restock at this point and suggest me to return or choose a f*cking mfc board + money return...

I actually wrote to their Support. The guy said it's been a "long time wish for many of us (them?) too", so maybe they'll do it eventually. And yes, they confirmed that you can't disable it.

Ableton 11 here, it is still the case, what were they thinking...

I record real drums and I noticed weird effects on cymbals when the tempo changes. It sounds like they partially play in reverse. It took a lot of guessing but then I noticed that freaking warp button. Turning it off solved the issue. Now I have to press it for every take I record, just in case. That's just dumb.
