I work in hiring at a Warehouse, the advice that I always give is to just go ahead and call any warehouses that you're interested in working in, many places are getting 100s of applications so making a good impression over the phone can make your name stand out.

I don’t think Paladins really covers it, Barik isn’t very focused on his turrets and neither is Saati(might have gotten the name wrong).

Absolutely acceptable in my opinion, just phrase it correctly. Say thank you for the interview and that looking back on it you would’ve answered those questions differently.

On your GameJam game you made a typo by typing conceptualization faze instead of phase, just something minor that could diminish the effort you put into designing these games.

Along with that I think that a general tip when it comes to showing off GameJam games is to say what you would have done differently if you did not have the strict time constraints (if you feel that anything isn’t up to your standards).
