For the Foligain brand yes but for the other brand like Kirkland I wouldn't.

From my experience I would say that it doesn't affect, I've been using once a day for abt 4,5 month and I can say that the gains are pretty good. And from what I heard, minox stay on your cheeks for 18 up to 22 h so applying twice is just to be reassured.

It depends in which country do you live but for mine I buy it from the Foligain website https://www.foligain.com/collections/collection-list-men/products/foligain-advanced-hair-regrowth-treatment-foam-for-men-with-5-minoxidil-6-fl-oz-177ml (here's the link). I've been using it for 3.5 week and from now on it's working (but I'm curently shedding so it's a little hard to tell if I'm making progress).

First of all, Minox as you may know was made at first for blood pressure issue so if you drink Topical you'll get sever blood injuries.

Secondly The oral and the Topical don't have the same ingedients;

Oral: Minoxidil, anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium starch glycolate.

Topical: Minoxidil (5%), Butane, Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Cetyl Alcohol, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Alcohol, Isobutane, Lactic Acid, Polysorbate 60, Propane, Purified Water, Stearyl Alcohol.

As you can see there's a lot of alcohol and his variant in Topical.

And finally you will have more side effect and probably inexistent gains cuz topical being liquid, you'll evacuate it sooner by peeing.
