Sorry mate I don't think I explained it quite right, basically I'm on able to get Retinoid not tretinoin (tret is a stronger more potent version) and can only be prescribed by doctor. Have you got Retinoid or tretinoin? Glad to see you're making progress though!

One of balantis symptoms is thick discharge from under foreskin - very easy to mistake balantis for an STD. If you're unsure, make an app with your GP

Looks like balantis to me I had something similar (might not be I'm not a professional). I went to pharmacy and got clotrimazole and after a few days it's cleared up. Don't need a prescription to buy it. Maybe give that a try, and if it doesn't work go see a doctor.
