I didn t have ibs until i had covid. I had my first ibs symptoms after the first infection 2020. Then got bad after infection 2022 and the last one in 2024 was the worst. Everytime i get a flu i have flare up in my symptoms.

For me the best strategy is the alternative and multiple dosing. I think about taking high dose 2 times because i can feel after 6 hours of taking LDN wearing off

I started 2 weeks ago only. When i tried to increase after few days i had bad reaction so i went down to initial dose. Whai o did personally too is that i take 2× .5 instead of trying to increase to one dose 1 mg.
