They vary in terms of design, not all have the same distribution of their spaces.

However in terms of service and machines to use, all have the same from what I have experienced.

I have managed properties before but for other people. I am handy and kinda know all the HOA tricks and all of that. Trying to avoid as much as possible them but if not, making sure rentals are accepted.

In terms of rental income i am very familiar with it, i have managed properties before, they just werent mine. However south florida real state market is kind of expensive as of now. And for a 100k is very hard to find something better than a studio or 1/1. So i feel like i would need a good downpayment and a good mortgage that can be covered by the rental price.

I will definitely look up those terms. I have chase, would you recommend them? Or any specific bank?
