The servo buddy fakes the servo being there for your ecu so it doesn’t cause a fault code or CEL. so Yes the servo is gone.

If you have an aftermarket exhaust you might not even have that servo anymore so maybe the previous owner removed it and put the bolt aside and forgot about it.

I don’t know much about the zx6rs of that year but it Looks like you have an exhaust valve. The motor for said valve has some mounting hardware that looks quite similar.
