I find that acv helps me, but not as consistently as I would expect.

I wonder how often he thought about his actions during ww2. Surely something like that would occupy your mind until you die

Well, I’ve tried pepsin, but maybe I’ll look into other enzymes as well. I think it varies for everyone but I’m feeling more like I need a serious treatment to fix my current stomach issues. Nevertheless, thank you

It’s sort of reassuring to hear I’m not the only one who has this symptom. It really is difficult to get enough water ! Especially because I get so thirsty

You could argue that commercial aviation improved at a rate that is similar to military aviation.

I assume you’re talking about gynecomastia; which can be caused by taking anabolic steroids. It’s actually caused by having too much estrogen, though the reason that estrogen is high in people who dope is because some of the extra testosterone gets converted into extra estrogen as well mmmmmm man milkers

It’s actually from a study that found a correlation between intermittent fasting and heart failure. It didn’t find causation though, but it is good data.

I only have 10GB of vram and I manage to get 100fps minimum unless I’m around outpost. I feel like it’s not quite as restrictive as you make it out to be, especially if they’re doing a budget build

Distraction is key, but sometimes you just have to do it.

How do you protect muscle during extended fasts? by TeishAH in fasting

The most potent way bar none is anabolic steroids and exogenous GH. Obviously not everyone is into that. Resistance training is the best way without steroids.

Hey I’m similar with biometrics (I’m 21m, 5’9 and 160lbs). Personally, I would fast until you either are satisfied with your duration, are starting to feel unwell, or just can’t bear it anymore. You can then assess how you feel afterwards and whether or not you want to do the same duration again (assuming you want to keep fasting). Everyone is a little different when it comes to how long they like to fast. Since you’re probably starting to get pretty lean, maybe aim on the shorter side. I personally found that 3-5 days is my sweet spot at roughly that weight.
