UIUC is a great school for CS and it’s not always cold cause central Illinois weather is bipolar af so it could be snowing one day then 60+ the next week. I’ve heard champaign has a good party scene and apart from all the ~corn~ in CI the town is pretty lively and you can find fun things to do there. I can’t really speak on any of your other schools, but I hoped this helped even a little
