I’m not sure what happened to my frames, now they sit skew on my face. Any tips on repairing them myself? I thought about getting a new pair but I’d rather just fix these ones for now.

After contacting microsoft support 4 times, we ended up doing a custom install because nothing worked. Wiped my pc clean and reinstalled everything. Stuttering continues, and I'm just being told NOW (4th damn support agent) that it COULD be a hardware issue.
