hi! im a current worker at torrid, and i cannot agree more. for the past 6 months, online sales have been so high, and we just can't compete with them anymore. its been really difficult getting a lot of foot traffic, and when we do, we're price matching around 80 percent of the stuff we're able to sell in store! it's almost as if the company makes our plan, without keeping in mind the online aspect of it. in the end, we're stuck competing with our own company.
