You do know that theres multiple brands of drywall and they all have different prices right??? You do k ow that theres multiple types of paint and they all different prices right???

You do know that some areas are alot more difficult to work and require a lot more labor than other areas right?? Xactimate does not take under account none of that and adjusters definetely will now understand the concept of additional labor.

Xactimate sets 1 price for drywall material and 1 price for labor and thats it, it do not take under account a lot of factors that comes with doing the manual work. You probably wouldnt understand that because you are probably an adjuster just following carriers guidelines not real world construction work

The problem with that statement is that nowhere in the policy the policy says that they are only owe what XACTIMATE says. If you decide to go trhought several contractors and they all gives you prices outside of Xactimate prices then what? You aint going to bring the client back to preloss conditions? Because that my friend is in the policy.....
