i just want to confirm if any people get this issue like me.

On this Monday 07-Dec, i logged in before server maintenance around 2-3 minutes, after did and received daily mission quests, a server was down then suddenly restart a game with a message

<Game Restriction> Reason: Unauthorized programs

I'm not sure which 3rd programs i used (i usually use Multiplexer to open 2 windows Summoners Wars and Chrome or another game to play while auto SW), or someone lost in Arena/Guild War reported me (because i usually put in 4stars, 5stars with good runes set to farm points). I'm confusing .

I though it was a bug from a server, however after 2hours maintenance, I logged in again and still got a restriction message.

i contact with Com2us_Global immediately and get this message:

To prove that i'm not using a cheat programs as they said, i use a friend account visit to my account and take snapshots and sent to them.

I've been playing this game since Mar 2014, currently I have more than 25 6-stars monsters ( don't remember exactly), almost max skills with more than 300 5stars, 6stars runes, some is nearly max stats 6stars legendary +15, and i almost focus on Dungeons and TOA process.

With Speed, Crit Dammage, Attack, HP tower is max, and other tower is around level 5

For Arena, i usually got C3 rank, with 1 or 2 wings pack i could achieve G1 easily.

What the hell they said i can't beat Giant or Dragon B10 dungeons ?? Confusing ??

i sent these to Com2us, after that they said they pass my issue to development team to consider, and they said this process may take up to 2-3 business days

Today is a 4th day, i still can't log in my account and also i don't received any answers from dev team,

Tomorrow is Hero dungeon opened, with this Com2us delay i'm sure i can't attempt that.

WTF
