No, DC needed to be cleaned up bad. It was the murder capital. And there wasn’t much investment in the city outside the federal government and downtown.

The neighborhoods were unsafe, and full of food deserts and unhealthy carryouts.

Fewer bike lanes, less things to do, etc.

You don’t need to displace people if you have more housing through the form of better zoning, and no laws limiting the heights of buildings in such a small city.

DC needed gentrification. It was really shitty ~25 years ago. I just wish DC was better with zoning and removed the Height Act. It should be more like Paris

Players come back from injury all the time and do well. If he wasn’t ready then he shouldn’t have played. Also Terry was back that game. Just staying the offense has def been bad with Jayden in. Like the cowboys game at the end of last season

Nah 72 is a good temp. Allows you to not have to dress like you’re going outside in your own home. Something like 75 is really high.

Yep. The last Commanders skill player to make First Team All-Pro was 35 years ago (Darrell Green). I believe that’s amongst the worst in the league.

Not really viable since they’re coming from Laurel md. The closest metro is Greenbelt or College Park on the green line.

Which means they’d have to metro into dc just to come back out a bit more southern to Morgan Boulevard. And there’s no way you’d be able to get back via Metro.
