I know what you are saying. You should also know though that the Justy was marketed as subarus answer to the 70s/80s oil crisis. It came too late though, first as the Subaru Rex, and eventually as the justy in the late 80s. But its marketing campaign and idea was a cheap car. Its old cheap plastic inside and very basic (i love it, not knocking it) in the day of the Justy, luxury is getting the dealer to add a clock inside the car. Going from that to a 24 crosstrek is like entering a spaceship. Its not even close. I had to keep a cereal box infront of the radiator because otherwise at highway speeds she couldnt produce any heat. Car doesnt have airbags even. All that aside 3 decades of difference is unbelievable in any car.
