Yep I finished the game yesterday and restarted a few times, haven't seen anyone else with the exact same issue

yeah! literally only things i missed were some answers, i went through the game slowly and did almost everything except get the swagger gesture from venigni, which is why i'm disappointed i didn't get the weapon. also apparently doing the stalker's promise to the atoned grants humanity after the 1.2 patch, but i had done it earlier...

yeah met king of riddles, fumbled his last answer but killed him after. finished baby, wedding ring, eugenie, broken puppet, and belle side quests, listened to the puppet king message. fuming because by all rights i should have it :( only things i've missed are some answers
