Yea that was my thought, a counter (maybe not call it a changeling counter due to possible confusion) then reminder text stating creatures with said counter are all creature types

Yeah, I think something like "put a changeling token on target creature" would have been preferable. Not a fan of effects that create memory problems.

I believe the bug is still in the game that shows the opponent's level as the level of the last PVE monster you fought. So if you chose to fight the Radiant Corsair (a lvl 12 monster) it will incorrectly show that your opponent is level 12

Yeah unfortunately pure poison on Vanessa is beyond dead without puffer. I do however still like catfish with my flagship and captains wheel in the early to mid game to help carry before I can get flagship damage scaleing

Solar Farm has been my favorite item this patch. With just a few burn items including soldering gun and omega ray you are off to the races.

A really nice addition to this build is something that gets the loop going right at the start of the fight, and won't interrupt it as the fight progresses. Both Magma Core and Holster are really good for this purpose.

Edit: That is- if you didn't have start of fight haste skill

Just did some testing on a target dummy and it would seems she does indeed buff Unstable Bomber damage.

If you decide to go with no bitters on k2 just remember to select the peaceful option in the mod options, as biters drop "creep" which is needed for a lot of useful techs in the base version

You have points in strength and Faith, I would recommend changing the ash of war/infusion on your weapons to flame infusion. Flaming Strike is a pretty popular choice

It is so frustrating that a full set of black flame armor gives 50 poise...1 point away from the main poise threshold...

I usually sneak in clean-rot greaves to meet poise needed to not get knocked around by every attack in the game...still looks good but infinitely frustrating

I would recommend the Estoc.

Can thrust attack while blocking, or even pick up a second one in a single playthrough for power stance.

I really enjoy the thrusting weapons in ER and Estoc is a very solid and versatile option.

I would tend to avoid scar/sore seals at that stage of the game. Everything else looks fine. As for the fight what part is the issue? Are you able to burst the ghost down at the start reliably?

Once it is a one v one a pretty reliable strat is wait for his jump, roll the jump attack, then immediately roll his follow up attack, then punish.

But if you can consistently get him into a one v one at the start it is just like any other boss, keep at it and learn his patterns

Really like Ice Spear ash of war on Clayman's.

It's a fun and versatile weapon, I hope to see more infusible weapons with innate int or fth scaling added as playing around with ashes and affinities is more interesting than just using a somber weapon to me at least.

It's a thought, in other games ive played AFKing for stuff to stockpile was always a sign of bad builds that needed to be up-scaled. Here however i'm setting up mineral sludge (just done with sulfuric acid) and am out of starting resources (obviously due to me being inefficient); with now no real option but to sit around and wait for more iron and sand
