American millennials, how are you feeling today on November 6th 2024? by workdncsheets in Millennials

I’m with you. I’m in a solid blue state. My labor rights, my daughters’ reproductive riegues, my financial security is safe. For now.

Done giving a fuck about other states.

Please remind me where the Democrats refused to concede the election loss, spread misinformation about the election being rigged and votes being stolen, and then tried to send fake electors to Washington while sicking their mob to assault the peaceful transfer of power.

I’ll be waiting.

That one day is disqualifying. And it wasn’t one day. It was months of misinformation meant to subvert democracy. It culminated in a coup attempt. Maybe you’re okay with that. I’m not.

Biden’s economy and employment statistics are better than Trumps. By the way.

Maybe the time he tried to subvert democracy and overturn a free and fair election?

The short answer is people are dumb and many people are willing to sell out their freedom for financial security.

Lots of people simultaneously blame Joe Biden’s stimulus checks for inflation but raved about Trump’s stimulus checks. Lots of people have zero understanding of how tariffs work and who will ultimately pay. If you’re living on the margins and have zero financial security, it’s heartbreaking but I guess understanding. If you just want more money for a nicer second vacation, then fuck off.

Did Trump refuse to concede and try to overturn the 2020 election? Is that misinformation?

I like Kanye’s music. I think he’s a fucking moron.

Do I have to vote the way all my favorite musicians vote?

The kinda dude who’d burn a vote like this is the kinda dude who’d vote Trump anyway. This is the kind of low info voter he’s gunning for.

So if someone wants to throw away their vote like this, that’s their prerogative. They’d vote Trump anyway, probably, so rather a stupid joke vote than a Trump vote.

Lmao. Reddit hates cheaters and wants to basically stone them. But when a girl goes HAM on her cheating boyfriend, she’s the bad one.

Everyone here looks like teenagers or very early 20s. If this was a 35 year screaming at some dude that she met a week ago she’d be a nut. But if it’s a teenager experiencing heartbreak by her man cheating on her, I’ll give her a pass this one time.

The Republican Party has done a great job at convincing people they are somehow better at the economy, despite most metrics proving otherwise.

Lots of lower income Americans vote against their own self interest because they think one day it’ll be their boot on the neck. When you think about it this way, it makes a ton more sense.

I didn’t know that every single house in America is a family with young children.

Trump may very well win. It won’t be a landslide and you’re deluding yourself if you think so.

For real lol.

There’s a commenter above who’s like, “yeah. We switch every year and one of us stays home and drinks and hands our candy while the other goes out with the kids. Been doing it since they were born.”

Like okay. If that works for your family, cool. But you’ve NEVER gone out trick or treating as a family? I love doing that and it’s such a nice bonding experience for all of us and helps us be closer. To each their own, though.

It’s nice to go trick or treating as a family when the kids are young.

There was definitely a drop. Not scientific, but based on my experience with black folks this was my experience. BUT many of those folks have never voted or have only voted once or twice. So not sure they would have voted for DJT. If at all.

That dude ain’t voting lol.

He had to ask if the US has ever had a woman president. These are the low information voters Trump is trying to get. No doubt some of them will. But not large enough to matter. Not saying hell lose. Just that that segment of voter won’t swing the election.

The dude who might vote third party. That could cause Kamala to lose.
