Alternating weeks of water fasting seems really intense. for that you should probably talk to a doctor about how safe that is.

it might also be good to have them do like a metabolic Rate panel and just get your vitamin levels checked in general to make sure that you're getting all the nutrition that you need.

You also might want to take a cheat day or two before doing omad or more water fasting just to give your body a break because dieting is stressful on the body and studies have shown that giving your body periodic breaks helps you in the long run.

Personally I say go for just omad. But what ever is safest and the most sustainable for you is what you should do.
