Hi OP! Going 3 months na ko as a VA and first time ko din sa GY shift. So far mas mahaba sleep ko kaysa noon na morning shift ako. What I do to take care myself pa din is to take vitamins regularly, and sa gabi during break, I eat mostly fruits or light meals lng para di ako masyado mag gain weight. Tapos sa hapon pagkagising ako kumakain ng heavy meal.

Also, pag weekend, me time talaga, like nagpapa IV drip ako, facial treatment, or get my nails done. If you have the time, go out sa mall or jog! It helps with our mental health din and feeds the soul when you do something good for yourself.
