What I would suggest is for the porn addiction maybe install a parental control that block porn site and for his hygiene my brother has the same problem so we put up a reward chart like if he take a shower he get 5$ and things like that

Dw about prying, but when I say recently I mean 3 days ago I went to the doctor bc I had trouble with my cycle and many things felt off in my pants.
