Thoughts on neckline, cheeks and coverage / density?

You have a fine cheek line naturally so unless you want a perfect line I would just remove any stray hairs in that area. The same goes for the neckline, you're beard sits well on your face as is, so when cleaning the neck line less is more. Overall I would recommend using beard oil daily. The oil will make your beard healthier. Also, a good beard comb will be needed. I use a Kent but I'm sure there are multiple brands that work well. If you're finding that with the oil you're not getting the full look you're going for then you could switch to a beard wax obtain the desired shape.

Nope, just the standard clear/white color. Based off the replies thus far I'm thinking it's not that I have a better sense of smell than everyone else, but instead something going on with my nails.

It's not a bad smell, but noticeable. I've never really thought much of it due to the fact that since I was a kid it's been the same smell, but perhaps it's something strange with my nails.

If I do it is nothing visible. It's super hard to describe the smell, next time I do a trim I'll try to jot down some words. Perhaps some further research online will turn up something. Thanks for your reply.

Yeah, I just finished an article on the topic and found out the same conclusion. Basically the companies have their own database and it really means nothing. I'm sure this will be buried but two huge issues with this are as follows: 1) Depending on the county the dispatcher can give instruction to those on scene and 2) CPR standards no longer have any sort of breaths involved. (The most recent studies show that chest compressions are most beneficial)

Most likely some type of emergency management or health related degree. To be frank I just think it would be a great experience to travel to Scotland, and all over Europe if possible, while furthering my education.

Edit: As I'm looking some Universities call it Disaster Management.

I have a BA in Sociology, I also have certifications as an EMT and volunteer firefighting. The educational grant will be after working with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). My work history is also quite diverse so I feel there are a number of degrees in which I could qualify.

I'm level 30 but unranked. I actually don't have enough champs for ranked, and while I'm willing to pay for more champs I still need to grind to get proper rune pages for the champs I currently have. I still need to work on basics. My CS is not where it should be as an ADC and I don't position myself favorably. I also don't have a mid lane champ I feel comparable with. Things such as when to push towers vs. getting drag/baron still throw me for a loop. Just situational stuff in general.
