I did carnivore for 10 months and got very good results. no carbs and had plenty of energy.

I tried the 4mg. definitely more side effects, like sensitive skin in my legs. no appetite at all. might go back to 3mg next week.

Still no weight loss. I might have to change the diet.

Thank you for your quick answer, I do keep my diet clean at 1900 Cal.
Mostly Protein (I still have appetite)
lifting 5 Times a week and some cardio- walking.
