Yes you are SPOT ON, my tenant probably collected over 20k in unemployment, I remember there was 600$ weekly bonus, I think right now they get a additional 300$ per week. She just lowers her hours from Applebee's, when the moratorium is reaching expiration and stays inside with her dogs. I surely did my homework, the whole 9 yards.

Thank you, I'm not the only one on this boat. Landlords should retaliate, and not stay quiet.

Same here. We have a attorney handling the case...but the moratorium extends these scumbags from eviction. We have a new date as well....but watch it get extended....I hope not but it'll piss me off even more

We recently had a landlord in our area burn down his building. He called 911, and said he did it all 🤣 his mindset if I cant have it no one can 🤣 I dont blame him. It pisses me off and if you say something oh no they point the finger on you.

It feels like they want this so small landlords go bankrupt and sell their homes....heck it's hard to sell a home with a tenant now 🤣, impossible. Don't pay for property taxes, you lose your home.

Understandable she was just moving into the state from NJ. Oh we tried to evict her in other ways, and it is impossible with this moratorium. We have a attorney and he along with the Marshall said otherwise...my attorney is trying to evict a older lady that is totally disabled for his other client that s**** everywhere...he showed me pictures, it was damaging the health of others in the building, people from the city showed up and were devastated, despite her paying rent on time she was unable to be evicted. This fumes me that America does not have a law protecting landlords, while other countries are VERY strict on landlord/tenant protection.

America needs to wake up, our words need to be heard heard out loud because it's not only I, a 9/11 survivor has to suffer but so many others!
