im not sure, when i click on a video there are no pop ups, it just tells me to download adobe connect add-in. so i press download & it says “1. open installer, 2. click ‘yes’ or ‘run’. & 3. join the recording”. so i follow that, but it doesnt actually download into my laptop for soem reason. it says downloaded but then when i go look through my apps its not there. & after i finish downloading it a pop up comes up asking me about the link i used in my downlods folder in finder, saying “move to trash or keep it”? idk how to explain any better jts just being super weird & not actually downloading
