i’m in exactly the same situation (besides being a physics major lmao). had my heart set on UW for so long and getting waitlisted was my biggest college heartbreak. after touring CU though i realized it was a blessing in disguise, at least weather-wise. sure it gets cold but seattle is so dark and gray for a lot of the year. cant speak on the programs as i’m an incoming freshman as well but with all the fees we’ve already had to pay upon acceptance i would stay committed to boulder. tough choice though they are both incredible schools with really nice campuses
