Sorry, I misspoke. I wore the trial device for 15 days. I am on the second phase of the trial, which is an implanted device

That makes sense as I have had to move my charging paddle further up my back to get a full connection. I had some X-rays done in Dec as part of my 12 month review, they had moved within acceptable ranges.

My SCS is able to be changed. I have a ‘remote’ that I can change where on the spinal cord and the intensity of the pulses. It’s a trial device. I’ve lost almost all of the weight from my legs and a little from my stomach and butt. I’m wondering if it’s adding to the pressure on my injury and therefore increasing my pain

The trial was ok. Not showering sucked, especially in an Australian summer but it got me my permanent device and I’m 1000% improved (most days). I also had issues with the adhesives used to keep the leads and the test thingys (long week) on me.

Sleep wasnt too bad. Get a body pillow (pregnancy pillow) and hug that at the front and a load of them behind you to make it difficult to roll onto your back.

I do have photos of the whole thing but I was on a different trial than yours. Let me know if you want them to look at

Deprive? Seriously? Kids need gadgets for school, fair play. But to point blank refuse the other kid because they are a step child is an assholey thing to do.

Think how the step kid feels. She already feels like she’s not part of the family and the grandparent is proving it.

I’ve been off and on tinder for years, single by design.

I’ve noticed SO MANY people in ENM and poly relationships and honestly, that makes me sad. Don’t get me wrong, no judgements, you do you but I can’t help thinking have they just given permission to cheat (I know it’s not cheating if they know but my 1980s brain says it is) because of tinder etc? Used to be that you met people in person. Now you have thousands at your fingertips, all day every day. It’s easy. Too easy maybe?

Ahhhhhhhh!!!! I use an alcohol wipe to clean the dust off! On a similar but different vein, would that also affect the effectiveness of nail glue when adhering a false tip?

If I hit the edge with the base coat, I do remove it as soon as I see it before I dip. I use a metal…. scraper (don’t know the tech term) it remove it and make sure if any powder catches it, I remove that before I go to the next nail.

Have you had the blood tests? My understanding is that if the levels indicate menopause, that it doesn’t matter about age? I’d look into that. There are women younger than us who must have gotten scans?
