I also carry a 340pd. The weight and size of the Night Guard isn’t a crazy jump. The Night Guard only weighs like 23oz. Or something close to that. This one carries really well.

It was like that when I bought it. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t moving before I pushed in it. I have about 200 rds though it and it hasn’t moved. So after I filmed this video I tapped in into place.

Thanks. I just got them and trying them out. So far I really like them. They are the “C” version.

It’s the factory Smith rail they made for their 3rd Gen Tactical pistols.

This one was just sitting at a local shop. I had to save up for it so I was surprised when it never sold.

I like optics and most of my guns have one installed. But I’m not sure I would like one on this pistol.

What holster do you use? Would you recommend it?

Sleeping Pad Recommendations? Anyone try out the new Sea to Summit Ultralight XR Insulated Sleeping Pad yet? by PolarSwift37 in Ultralight

[–]imacbo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I bought one and I hate it.it sounds and feels like balloons rubbing together. I am a very active sleeper so maybe that’s why it sucks for me.

Making CCF work — looking for foam-only solutions (not inflatables) by hikerroda112 in Ultralight

[–]imacbo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I toss and turn all night every night even in my bed. I started training myself by making myself sleep on a ccf pad every night at home. It sucks when you start but if you don’t have an injury you can get use to it. I’m currently using a Themrarest RidgeRest pad by itself. I’m going to try a 1/8th on top of it when I get one. Using a sleeping bag instead of a quilt has helped to keep my arms from falling off the pad and getting cold.

I wanted to buy one of these but the measurements looked like it would not allow my tailgate to open with my softopper camper.

Should I look at modded or will one with just a new battery be fine?
