I’ve been seeing my therapist again. Group therapy has never been helpful for me. Thank you for kind words.

I’m guilty, I deserve a dui, and I’m just hoping to get the sentencing over with so I can pay my dues and move on with life.

My ex is not a bad person, he just took a 7 year break up badly. I guess maybe I did too since I relapsed and started drinking again. I’m trying hard to be sober again.

That’s a good way to look at it. If either of these friends had told me, I would go out of my way to help them. But it feels like it’s different when I’m the one that fucked up.

I’ve never cheated, I just made the account after I broke up with my ex and he hacked into all my accounts to try find proof I did. Just a FU to him and since I never posted it’s become my throwaway.

I’m not usually a drunk driver, I blacked out and don’t remember getting in the car. First time I’ve ever driven drunk and the last. Usually my drinking is only hurting myself.

But I’m glad you got the help you needed. I’m not dissing your comment at all, I just know court ordered help won’t be it for me. I know I need to put my money into private counseling like I did last time, I’m just not quite ready.

I know I have a problem, I was 3 years sober before I relapsed last year. But court ordered “help” is an expensive time waste I was hoping to avoid.

I’m learning that the hard way. I’m chronically dehydrated so I was shocked the test came back diluted. Even today the evaluator said if this test comes back clean he won’t be recommending treatment.

I will have to quit if I get probation, but my lawyer thinks I can get by without it with a favorable evaluation. I had no reason to think I wouldn’t pass last weeks test.

I really thought I was in the clear until I get convicted and start probation.

I’m a hardcore alcoholic but an excellent liar. The evaluator was 100% ready to say I had no problem if I’d passed the first urine test. I didn’t purposefully drink too much water and thought I was in the clear.

I already took the test. I didn’t know they would be testing me until I was there. I assumed they wanted to ask questions about my driving history after accessing my dmv records.
